Plaintiffs initiated these proceedings seeking specific performance of an option to purchase a farm owned by the defendant in Duchesne County, State of Utah. The defendant counterclaimed and asked the court to reform the instrument entered into by the parties. The district court entered a decree reforming the instrument in question and further ruled that the plaintiffs did not exercise the option in accordance with its terms, and restored the property...
