OPINION BY WATKINS, P.J., March 31, 1975:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, by the defendant-appellant, Harry Mimms, after conviction by a jury of violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. Post-trial motions were denied and the appellant was sentenced to 1½ to 3 years imprisonment.
