This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why SHELDON STERN of Lakewood should not be suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the charges against him, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that SHELDON STERN be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that SHELDON STERN be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from...
