Order modified by striking therefrom the third and fifth decretal paragraphs, and substituting therefor a provision granting plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint with respect to the proposed second and fifth causes of action. As so modified, order affirmed insofar as appealed from, with $20 costs and disbursements to plaintiff.
