This is an action for damages to automobiles occasioned by an intersectional collision. Plaintiff pleaded defendant's negligence, defendant pleaded plaintiff's contributory negligence, and also counterclaimed. Trial was to the court sitting without a jury, and only the plaintiff and the defendant testified as to the accident itself.
