This is a workmen's compensation case. Following a jury trial, judgment was rendered for W. E. Allen, plaintiff, which awarded him weekly compensation benefits for total and permanent incapacity which resulted from a heart attack found by the jury to be the result of an accident received in the course of his employment on December 22, 1969.
