Trial order of dismissal reversed, on the law, and indictment reinstated.

Defendant was indicted for the crimes of murder and possession of weapons and dangerous instruments, as a felony, arising out of the fatal shooting of one James B. Anderson on April 3, 1971. Two witnesses to the shooting testified before the Grand Jury, but one of them could not be located at the time of defendant's trial. The other witness had three State indictments and one Federal indictment...
