ROBERTSON, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court ordering the defendant-appellant, Physicians Emergency Service, Inc., to provide a corporate accounting and twenty-five percent of the Corporation's net profits to plaintiffs-appellees, Doctors McCarthy and Hitchcock.

The single issue upon appeal is whether the evidence presented was sufficient to sustain the judgment.

We affirm.
