The principal issue on this appeal is whether the evidence supports the verdict finding the appellant-defendant, Richard Denis Kuta, guilty of endangering safety by conduct regardless of life in violation of sec. 941.30, Stats. Following his conviction, Kuta was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. We affirm the judgment of conviction and the order denying post-verdict motions.
