This is the second appeal in this case. On the prior appeal we affirmed the action of the circuit court dismissing appellant's counterclaim, which we found to be an impermissible counterattack upon a judgment of a Texas court which appellee sought to have registered under the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act [Ark.Stat.Ann. § 29-801 et seq.
