This is an action by a real estate broker for a commission from the sellers under a contract for the sale of real estate, although the contract was never consummated. The sellers' demurrer to the broker's amended declaration was sustained by the Circuit Court for Wicomico County (Pollitt, J.), and the broker appeals.
