On September 16, 1971, Annie Gray was operating a friend's automobile while on her way to work. She was personally injured when the automobile she was driving was hit in the rear while stopped at the intersection of Hollywood Road and North Grand Avenue for other automobiles to clear the intersection in order that she might make a left turn. Another automobile was stopped immediately to her rear. In her rear view mirror, she saw a transit bus approaching...
