RABINOWITZ, Justice.

Appellant Harold Joe entered a plea of nolo contendere to an indictment under which he was charged with the crime of assault with a dangerous weapon.1 After psychological and psychiatric evaluations were made, a presentence report filed, and a sentence hearing held, the superior court imposed a ten-year term of imprisonment.
