The plaintiff, Paul Guillory, Jr., purchased a used car from the defendant, Morein Motor Company, Inc., in Ville Platte, Louisiana. After a short time the vehicle ceased to function, and the plaintiff brought this suit against Morein seeking recision of the sale and damages.
