This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County. The trial judge found in favor of defendant-appellee and against plaintiff-appellant.

The issues on this appeal are whether the lower court erred in admitting into evidence photographic or photostatic copies of the corporate defendant's business records, and whether defendant is legally obligated to pay plaintiff certain termination pay. We find the answer...
