Plaintiff-appellant, Myrna Aucoin, appeals an adverse judgment by the Family Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, refusing appellant's attempt to regain custody and proceed with adoption of the minor child, Brandon Scott, who was placed in the custody of appellant and her husband, Merrick Philip Aucoin, by Catholic Social Services of Baton Rouge, Inc.
