This is a proceeding under the workmen's compensation act.

The injured employee filed her complaint on May 21, 1971, alleging that on July 2, 1970, she received injuries by accident arising out of and in the course of her employment and that such injuries caused her to suffer disabilities for which she was entitled to recover benefits under the workmen's compensation act.
