The plaintiffs, prisoners at Marion Federal Penitentiary, appeal from that part of a district court order denying their motion for an award of attorneys' fees and witness expenses. These fees and expenses were incurred by the plaintiffs' attorneys in connection with the plaintiffs' successful litigation challenging certain practices and procedures followed at the penitentiary.
