This is an appeal from the dismissal of writs of review challenging the rezoning ordinance and intent to rezone order1 of two adjacent parcels of land by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. Both parcels had been zoned AGT (agricultural, grazing and timber raising) in 1966. The purpose of the rezoning was to change both parcels to M-3 (heavy industrial district).
