This is a direct appeal in a criminal action in which the defendant was convicted of aggravated robbery under the provisions of K.S.A. 1972 Supp. 21-3427. The charge arose as the result of an armed robbery of the K.U. Medical Center Pharmacy in Wyandotte county on April 11, 1973.
