Plaintiff, Phyllis Prevot, filed a petition for separation from bed and board based on the grounds of cruelty and inhumane treatment. The defendant, Nelson Williams, Jr., filed an answer to the plaintiff's petition and a reconventional demand for divorce based on adultery.
