This is a direct appeal by the defendant-appellant, Rodney Rogers, after being found guilty by a jury on seven counts of felony theft in violation of K.S.A. 21-3701 (a). Appellant was sentenced to a term of not less than one year nor more than ten years on each count, said sentences to run concurrently.
