This tort action arose out of a "trip and fall" accident which occurred on March 15, 1972, at the Ben Franklin Store in Church Point, Louisiana. Plaintiff—Mrs. Regis Bergeron, seeks damages for pain, suffering, and permanent disability caused by her fall.
