Plaintiff, Gulf Toy House, Inc., has appealed from the denial of a preliminary injunction. The plaintiff Gulf is a wholesale toy distributor doing business in Louisiana. The defendants are all former employees of Gulf who now work for a competitor of Gulf's, Woodie's Toys of Lufkin, Texas. Gulf sued to enjoin the defendants from competing with Gulf on the basis of a non-competition agreement. Gulf further alleged that they are entitled to the injunction...
