On September 23, 1974, defendant Willie Lee Dockery entered a plea of guilty to the charge of attempted use of a credit card known to be held or obtained without the consent of the cardholder. MCLA 750.157q; MSA 28.354(16), and MCLA 750.92; MSA 28.287. The defendant was sentenced to a term of a minimum of one year to a maximum of two years in prison on January 7, 1975. The defendant now appeals from the sentence.
