HALL, Judge.

Plaintiff brought suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by him when the automobile he was driving on Louisiana Highway 34 in Jackson Parish, struck defendant's yearling cow which ran out onto the highway in front of him. From a judgment rejecting his demands, plaintiff appealed. We reverse the judgment of the district court and award damages.
