Appellant, Bernice Casson, has appealed from a consent judgment entered in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. She had been sued for debt by appellee, to which suit she pled limitations and the general issue. After nine postponements the issue was set for trial before Judge H. Kemp MacDaniel, who had denied appellant a tenth postponement despite a physician's letter questioning...
