YOUNG, Justice.

In this workmen's compensation case, Jurdie L. Barton was awarded compensation benefits by the Industrial Accident Board. The insurance carrier, Pacific Employers Indemnity Company, gave timely notice of its dissatisfaction with the award and within twenty days after notice filed suit in the district court.
