HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant was indicted for raping his twelve-year-old daughter. Prior to arraignment he was found to be indigent and the court appointed counsel to represent him. He pleaded not guilty. Prior to the date of his trial his counsel suggested to the court there was question as to his competency to stand trial and amended his not guilty plea to include a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
