This appeal is from a judgment of involuntary nonsuit against all of several causes of action the plaintiff asserted against the city of Klamath Falls, its mayor and two of its police officers. The causes of action alleged were for physical injuries incurred in an alleged assault and battery, false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, and outrageous conduct against the city and the individual defendants and punitive damages in connection...
