SMITH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

We shall here hold that no distinction is to be made between law and equity in the application of Maryland Rule 625 a and that the portion of the rule stating, "After the expiration [of 30 days from the entry of a judgment] the court shall have revisory power and control over such judgment, only in case of fraud, mistake or irregularity" means just that, with no exception for equity cases not heard upon their merits...
