Defendant was found guilty by a jury of gross indecency, contrary to MCLA 750.338b; MSA 28.570(2), and rape of a female under the age of 16, contrary to MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788. He was sentenced to a prison term of from 15 years to 25 years, and appeals by right.
