Plaintiffs brought suit in the Court of Claims alleging that the state and the Department of Natural Resources were liable for personal injuries sustained on a toboggan run at the Pontiac Lake Recreation Area. They appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment1 on the basis of governmental immunity, MCLA 691.1407; MSA 3.996 (107).
