SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.

BARHAM, DIXON & CALOGERO, JJ., concur in the denial being of the opinion that this suit is a collateral attack on a compromise settlement, not a suit to set aside a fraudulent compromise by the highway department. See State ex rel. Guste v. La. Bd. of Hwys., et al. La., 289 So.2d 82
