A jury found defendant guilty of separate counts of possession of LSD and more than 25 grams of marijuana, in violation of N.J.S.A. 24:21-20(a) (1) and (3). The trial judge merged both counts and sentenced defendant to a 90-day county jail term, 70 days of which were suspended.
