Petitioners are the Sheridan-Kalorama Neighborhood Council and three residents of that neighborhood. They seek judicial review of the action of the respondent, Board of Zoning Adjustment (hereinafter "Board"), granting a special exception in favor of intervenor, Kingsbury Center, Inc., to permit it to expand a small private school it operates in the neighborhood. Petitioners assert that reversal and remand or other relief are necessitated...
