The defendant, Dorsel Bailey, was convicted in the Circuit Court of Jackson County of grand larceny of an automobile and was sentenced to one to ten years in the state penitentiary. An employee of the Sheriff of Jackson County served on the Grand Jury which returned the indictment against him.
