This suit for a declaratory judgment was brought by the plaintiffs, Samuel H. Downe and wife, against W. A. Askey, defendant, asking the court to construe the provisions of a promissory note that plaintiffs had executed, payable to the defendant, and to declare that the prepayment provisions of the note gave the plaintiffs the right after April 23, 1973, if they wished to do so, to divide the outstanding principal balance of the...
