Appellant Charles Jackson Ray appeals the denial of his Petition for Post-Conviction Relief. Ray was convicted of manslaughter for the death of his wife after a jury trial, and received a sentence of not less than two (2) nor more than twenty-one (21) years. He appealed that conviction, and it was affirmed by this court in Ray v. State (1973), Ind. App., 291 N.E.2d 562.
