Appellant, tried by a jury on an information containing three counts, two charging murder in the first degree and one robbery in the first degree, was found guilty on all three counts. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on each murder count and to imprisonment for 99 years on the robbery count. Citing § 546.480,1 the trial court ordered the sentences to run consecutively.
