Henry L. White, having acquired a promissory note by endorsement from the payee, filed suit against the makers. The note was dated February 28, 1967, in the principal amount of $2,660, bearing interest at the rate of 7% from maturity until paid; it was made by "Lloyd Williams" and "Mrs. Lloyd Williams". The defendants answered the suit generally denying all allegations and particularly their signatures. The trial was limited to the issue of the authenticity...
