This is a workmen's compensation case. The appeal is by respondent-employer and its insurance carrier from a judgment of the district court which approved and adopted the findings and award of the examiner in favor of claimant. The claimant is the widow of Melbourn A. Cox, the workman who died on February 10, 1973, as a result of a "malignant melanoma" which had metastasized to the brain.
