This appeal raises only one issue — whether the trial court erred in dismissing the defendants' counterclaim.

The litigation out of which the counterclaim in question arose was the result of an altercation between adjoining lot owners. Westphals, the original plaintiffs, and the counterdefendants, own Lot 5 in Fridly's Leanna Lake Subdivision in Winnebago County...
