Petitioner, Thomas Harry Durkin, brings this habeas corpus action attacking the constitutionality of § 53-208 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, and alleging that he has been unconstitutionally denied credit for time spent in the Prince William County, Virginia, jail prior to his conviction in the Circuit Court of Prince William County.
