This is an action for the wrongful death of Betty L. Petri against the executor of the estate of her husband, Darolde J. Petri, for the benefit of her three surviving children. Mr. and Mrs. Petri, residents of Illinois, were both killed February 2, 1972, when an aircraft piloted by Mr. Petri crashed within Warren County, Tennessee.
