After trial by jury, appellant Cornelius Otis McCurry was found guilty of the crime of receiving and concealing stolen property in violation of AS 11.20.350.1

McCurry advances four separate specifications of error. These encompass assertions that the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for judgment of acquittal, in giving the jury an instruction concerning aiding and abetting...
