Plaintiff-appellant Brunswick Corp., appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants-respondents James Briscoe, Sr., James Briscoe, Jr. and Marie Briscoe in a suit by Brunswick for recovery on promissory notes, including a lost note for $25,000. The basic thrust of Brunswick's appeal is that the trial court's finding of facts and conclusions of law resulting in judgment for the Briscoes in a court tried case were erroneous.
