OPINION

NIX, Justice.

Appellant, Helen Boone, was indicted for murder in the stabbing death of one Donna Stocker and subsequently convicted by a jury of voluntary manslaughter. Post-trial motions were denied and a sentence of 3½ to 10 years imprisonment was imposed. This direct appeal followed.
