Petitioner Sarah Louise Cole complains of the property division in a decree granting her a divorce from respondent Charles N. Cole. She asserts that the trial judge abused his discretion in failing to take into consideration her needs, her low earning capacity as compared with that of respondent, and the income tax liability which she may have as a result of substantial income from his earnings during the last two years of the marriage.
