OPINION
PER CURIAM:
Louis Jackson Collins has appealed from an order of the district court denying, without an evidentiary hearing, his petition for post-conviction relief. Collins claims that he was induced to plead guilty to the crime of attempted receiving of stolen property by a promise that was not kept; that a constitutional issue was raised thereby; and that he is therefore entitled to an evidentiary hearing on the issue.
